This is my dream retreat. I designed it the way I would want a retreat to be. What would I need to find deep rest and reconnection? Where would I want to be? What would the flow of a day look like? Who would I want to share this with?
SDI is a community of spiritual directors, companions, and wayfarers from across traditions, orientations, and vocations. This retreat is open to anyone who wants to bask in some contemplative community and appreciate some silence.
Though we are forest bathing and taking (very short) walks, our accommodations at Kanuga are cozy and comfortable. We have the option of contemporary inn rooms, or a simpler cabin to stay in. Contact us if you have any questions. We so hope to have you join us.
