What is an SDI Community?
An SDI Community is an SDI-sponsored, locally run group of spiritual companions and directors gathering regionally or based on a shared commonality. SDI Communities gather regularly to connect, support one another, network, share contemplative time, and practice new skills in spiritual care. An SDI Community can operate virtually or in-person, anywhere in the world.

The Global Outreach Initiative began in February 2025 as a way to strengthen and grow our international community, an effort we feel is needed now more than ever. By joining these free events, you can directly contribute to a strong global SDI community that supports spiritual companionship without borders.
