Profile: I am passionate about soul care, self-care and growing in a deeper more intimate relationship with God. I’m a writer of Christian devotionals and poetry which has been given as a beautiful spiritual gift to connect my spirit with His and others. After receiving a certificate of completion in training in spiritual direction at Kairos University, I have been drawn by the Spirit to walk alongside those who are journeying through trauma recovery and life crisis. As a companion to those experiencing spiritual awakenings and navigating the challenges that come along with it, I’m here to listen with you. In church ministry, it’s been my pleasure to teach in areas which support the growth and spiritual health of new and developing believers in Christ. Likewise, continuing my spiritual growth has been an ongoing staple in my life. I’ve enjoyed a lifelong career as a speech language pathologist specializing in education settings and community outreach. I’m married to my best friend, Trent, for over three decades and we have three adult sons and one precious granddaughter. In my “free” time, you will find me listening to books on audible, dabbling in the garden and going on walks. I also love reading and music.
