Profile: I have been a spiritual director or companion for the last 25 years. I have an eclectic spiritual background. I use to be a Sister in the Catholic Church for about 20 years. I am most familiar with Ignatian, Franciscan, Salesian and Carmelite spiritualities. It is an honor for me to walk with people on this level of faith and be able to share in their journey.
