I am passionately committed to walking alongside individuals, leaders, and organizations as a spiritual companion—one who listens deeply, attunes to the movements of the Spirit, and invites others into a more vibrant, joyful, and Spirit-led life. My heart is to create sacred space where you can freely hear God’s voice, awaken to your spiritual gifts, and live from the fullness of your Divine design.
My own spiritual path has been shaped by a lifelong love of the study and practice of Spiritual Gifts, Spiritual Healing, Sacred Listening, and Spiritual Activation. Through these practices I’ve learned that hearing God’s voice is not a rare occurrence but a daily invitation—a way of being that infuses every moment with meaning, grace, and joy.
I believe that spiritual direction is less about “guidance” and more about attentive presence—listening together for how God is already moving in your life. It’s about helping you discern where your soul is leading, what gifts are being activated, and what healing or surrender is ready to unfold next.
My Approach to Spiritual Direction:
In my sessions, I bring an integrative approach that blends contemplative stillness, intuitive listening/feedback, and Spirit-led discernment. Each encounter is guided by openness to God’s presence and grounded in compassion, respect, and confidentiality.
Our time together may include:
• Sacred Listening – holding space for you to hear what the Holy Spirit is saying in your heart and experience
• Spiritual Gifts Discovery – helping you identify and cultivate your unique spiritual gifts so they can express through your relationships, vocation, and life’s work
• Spiritual Healing – inviting God’s wholeness into the tender or fragmented places of your story
• Spiritual Activation – encouraging you to embody your gifts and callings with joy, confidence, and alignment
• Hearing God’s Voice – learning to trust and follow Divine guidance in both simple moments and major life decisions
Each session unfolds organically in response to what the Spirit is revealing. Whether through silence, prayer, reflection, imagery, or Spirit-inspired conversation, the goal is always the same: to draw you closer to the heart of God and the truth of who you are in God.
