Profile: I offer spiritual direction sessions online and in person. I have found I feel most like myself alongside others on their spiritual journey. It’s a privilege to meet people where they are. I find myself drawing heavily on my own experience with doubts and questions, with help from self-awareness tools like the Enneagram, and with a trauma-informed, resiliency-focused approach. Ultimately, I hope to create space where you can be more real with (and kind towards) yourself, and experience God as active, present, and full of love.
My faith journey buoys me — I’m grateful for my ecclectic multifaith upbringing, a college-aged Evangelical conversion, and exploring long-held liturgical traditions, Ignatian spirituality, and contemplative practices. I hold master’s degrees in both Teaching and Christian Spiritual Formation, and currently serve as a chaplain alongside young adults experiencing homelessness. I received my certificate in Spiritual Direction from School of Sustainable Faith, an organization that “forms students in lives of compassionate, discerning listening to God, others, and themselves.”
I journey through life with my husband, two sons, and best-dog. I enjoy evenings of jazz radio (shoutout KMHD 89.1), puzzles, daily walks through the neighborhood and local cemetery, and am embracing my mid-life, sourdough era.
