Profile: I assist seekers to grow more deeply real through spiritual practices that are natural, embodied, compassionate, and grounded. I bring over 30 years experience as a trauma-focused expressive arts therapist to my sessions with spiritual seekers. I draw from a variety of inter-spiritual practices, including creative arts, poetry, meditation, prayer, movement, and nature. As graduate from the Spiritual Guidance Training Institute, I serve seekers from diverse spiritual traditions as well as those who identify as spiritually independent. I am a certified clinical musician who plays harp music for relaxation, pain relief, and end of life transitions. I also a Natural Dreamwork Practitioner (http://thenaturaldream.com) and provide dreamwork sessions for spiritual seekers. My 6th book of poetry, a collection of poems about spiritual practices, titled Wayfaring, will be published by Fernwood Press in 2021. I am also the author of Art of the Earth: Ancient Arts for a Green Future – an eco spirituality guide for in-depth eco-art retreats. I provide individual guidance sessions, workshops and retreats. I live in Indianapolis, and enjoy hiking, writing poetry, playing my Celtic harp, cooking improvisational feasts, and meditating on my screen porch.
