Profile: Greetings! I am so glad we have found each other! My work focuses on providing soulful whole-person support and specialized spiritual care and accompaniment. My training and approach honors the whole person by incorporating trauma awareness/resourcing and somatic engagement. I also specialize in eco-spiritual accompaniment and discernment across life's precious thresholds. I tend to resonate with artistic, creative, passionate folks who are connected to work, movements and/or traditions that are rooted in social justice and liberation and those who are deconstructing harmful faith paradigms while also re-visioning and re-imagining life-giving relationships to all that is sacred. I hold degrees in literature, holistic nutrition and theology and am a certified Compassionate Bereavement Care® provider, with additional training in trauma and crisis/disaster response. I am a practitioner and embracer of healing arts and especially support deep, transformative relationship to the natural world. All spiritual support and accompaniment sessions are offered both in-person locally (most notably including wild spaces) and/ or virtually via Zoom, either 1-1 or in small groups. I also love to facilitate retreats and immersive experiences. I have also been building a virtual community for women who have some form of Christianity in their origin stories and wish to be a part of re-visioning a more liberating and nourishing context for faith and spirituality, all while building brave and authentic community.
