Profile: I am honored to serve as a compassionate, non-judgmental companion on the spiritual journey for those who desire healing, wholeness, and growth in relation to the Divine, self, others, and creation. In spiritual direction, the director and directee together discern and respond to the voice and active presence of the Holy in order to experience greater freedom, authenticity, and connection. Spiritual direction may be helpful if you feel spiritually stuck, are seeking a deeper and more authentic connection with the Divine, are grieving the loss of a faith community, are experiencing a shift in your beliefs, are discerning a vocational calling, or need a safe, non-judgmental space to process your questions, doubts, and grief. This process happens through the use of reflective listening, questions, noticing, and sacred pauses to allow space to reflect and discern. As we begin to heal and experience safety with a compassionate spiritual companion, we can get more in touch with our authentic selves and therefore, we can connect with the Divine more intimately.
Some of my areas of interest include faith deconstruction/reconstruction, Internal Family Systems, self-compassion, Enneagram work, grief work, contemplative activism, the Divine feminine, antiracism, and healing from systems of oppression.
