As a lifelong experiencer and explorer of the spiritual realms, I bring a deep and intuitive approach to spiritual direction. My practice, Deep Mountain Spiritual Direction, reflects my belief in the profound interconnectedness of psychology, spirituality, the natural world, and the supernatural, and my conviction that our inner lives can transform our outer realities.
I am an ordained minister in the United Church of Christ with over a decade of experience serving congregations in urban and suburban settings. My theological training at Union Theological Seminary in NYC has provided me with a rich foundation for integrating Christian tradition with broader spiritual exploration. However, my journey has taken me beyond orthodox dogma into a realm where direct, lived experience of the sacred takes center stage.
My work is inspired by the mountain I now call home—a place of beauty, mystery, and spiritual power that has shaped my imagination and faith. In my sessions, I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to explore your spiritual questions, longings, and struggles. Whether you're seeking guidance through a transition, a deeper connection to the divine, or clarity on your life’s purpose, I aim to walk alongside you as a fellow seeker, honoring your unique path.

I also welcome discussions of mystical experiences, synchronicities, and other phenomena that connect us to the mystery of existence.
