Profile: Jocelyn (BA, BTh) is a graduate of the Sustainable Faith Spiritual Direction program. She has 15 years’ experience in missions working abroad in Lithuania and Madagascar and has been an active member in a variety of churches including Evangelical Mennonite, Anglican, Charismatic, and Non-Denominational. She has experience with spiritual abuse and deconstruction and has deep compassion for those whose sacred stories involve similar circumstances. Jocelyn is a lifelong-learner, artist, writer, neurodivergent, and entrepreneur in addition to practicing Spiritual Direction from her home in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada where she lives with her husband and 3 teen boys. Her passion is to champion a world where all of life (human, creature, environment) is held sacred and treated as such. Jocelyn is open to offering Spiritual Direction to people from any (or no) religious tradition, gender, orientation, cultural background. Her Spiritual Direction practice is available online or in person and focuses on seeking the movement of the Divine Mystery, who many call God in in the Directee's (ie. Your) life. She is fervent about helping people connect directly, experientially, with the Divine Presence, a practice many (most?) of us aren't taught in our churches or communities. She believes God *wants* to commune with us, and desires to help more people attune to what God is communicating to you. Read more about Jocelyn on her website: FerventFolk.com
