Profile: A little about me; Spiritual Director, Spiritual Companion, Prayer Warrior, Mentor, Mom, Wife, Friend, Nanny, Teacher, Local, and Beach lover are all words that can be used to describe who I am. The Holy Spirit is the center of my life, and nothing brings me more happiness than helping others to grow closer to Christ. I received my training at North Park Seminary and feel blessed and humbled to be a part of the ministry of Spiritual Direction. My Philosophy/approach; Spiritual direction is a beautifully safe, confidential, and spirit centered space for a directee where exploration and vulnerability with God can occur. Through listening, experiencing their feelings, prayer practices, scripture, and discernment, dialogue between the directee and God can take form. I share this sacred space with them by providing intentional Holy listening, being a vessel for God’s use, and staying conscious to what the Holy Spirit brings to my awareness. God does the directing and I listen, observe, and respond to the holy spirit's prompts and offer invitations to go deeper through thought provoking questions and noticings.
