Profile: Spiritual Director / Enneagram Coach / Leadership + Spiritual Formation Facilitator / Anti-Racism + Belonging Advocate / Retreat + Workshop Leader / Trauma-Informed
I companion individuals across diverse identities, including those who are differently abled, LGBTQIA+ community members, and people of all ages, races, cultures, faith traditions, and backgrounds. Much of my work is with clergy, faith leaders, activists, and those discerning, deconstructing, or reconstructing their faith journeys. Every part of your identity is honored and held with care. I also accompany white-bodied individuals seeking to deepen self-awareness and transform the ways dominant culture has shaped them, journeying toward an anti-racist life of integrity and action.
Rooted in the ELCA Lutheran tradition and shaped by contemplative mysticism, I create brave and sacred space to explore how God/Spirit/The Divine meets you in your lived experience. Sessions may include deep listening, silence, chimes and sound baths, music, contemplative and spiritual practices, guided imagery, sacred readings, Scripture (if meaningful to you), and practices of rest and renewal.
My approach is deeply trauma-informed, shaped by lived experience navigating collective trauma and natural disasters. I hold certifications and training in Diversity to Belonging, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Mental Health First Aid, Daring Compassion Movement Chaplaincy, Movement Trauma Healing, Storytelling, SoulCollage® Facilitation, Mediation Skills and Conflict Management, and Nonviolent Communication.
I have engaged with the Enneagram for more than 18 years as a tool for personal and collective transformation. I am an Accredited Enneagram Professional in the International Enneagram Association. The Enneagram offers a meaningful lens for exploring how we engage with ourselves, others, and the Sacred.
*** Core Values: Grounded Presence, Compassionate Dialogue, Collective Liberation, Sustainable Change, Courage, Belonging, Community, Growth, Healing, Joy, Rest, Authenticity ***
I completed my certification as a Spiritual Director through Stillpoint: The Center for Christian Spirituality in Pasadena, California, in 2012.
