Profile: My rule of life is simple: The main thing is to keep the main thing the main thing, and the main thing is LOVE. In my 20 years of ministry in faith-based settings, I have worked with women, children, teens, and families toward wholeness and greater connection with God and others. Having a particular affinity for retreat ministry, I've spent countless hours creating space for others to explore their faith journey in the safety of nurturing, non-judgmental relationships. I am a Certified Spiritual Director/Companion through CFDM Arizona and hold a Master's Degree in Christian Studies/Leadership. My current areas of curiosity include: contemplative Christianity, prayer practices, Enneagram, labyrinth and experiential spiritual practices, creative documenting of the faith journey, and synergy as a catalyst for transformation. I follow the energy of the Spirit in my life, and I will meet you right where you are, in whatever state you find yourself in. I find that Zoom does indeed offer a safe space for the sacred, internal work we do together. I am also open to meeting locally in the Phoenix area. I am currently taking new clients, both for individual sessions and group spiritual direction.
