Profile: Abigail is a spiritual director, trauma-sensitive yoga instructor, homeschooling mom, and former pastor. She is passionate about embodied spirituality and social justice, and how the two inform each other. She's lived all over the world but now makes her home in Tauranga, New Zealand with her husband John and their two children. She has a Master's degree in Christian Spirituality with a concentration in Spiritual Direction from the University of Loyola Chicago's Institute of Pastoral Studies.
