Scholarship Request Form

SDI is an educational nonprofit organization committed to providing scholarship assistance for all our educational offerings and programs. We have limited scholarship funds for each event, and award based on need, which we recognize can take many different forms.

Requests for scholarships are typically reviewed a week or two before an online event such as a webinar. It can sometimes be 30 days or longer before an announcement is made, so we ask for patience as our team processes requests. If you are applying for a scholarship during an Early Bird timeframe, we will honor the price that was listed at the time of your application.

SDI uses this scholarship form for all our events. What is the full name of the SDI event or program for which you are requesting a scholarship?

If this is for an in-person or digital event offering (conference, webinar, workshop, etc), please state clearly the name of the event and the dates. If membership, please indicate which tier (Student, Standard, Enhanced, Premium).
