Profile Details

I am a spiritual director shaped by the gentle, grounded wisdom of the Benedictine tradition and more than a decade of sharing life in a L'Arche community. My path has rooted me in caregiving, hospitality, compassion, and companionship with people on the margins. I have a Masters of Divinity from a Lutheran seminary and received my spiritual direction training through Souljourners, a program facilitated by the Benedictine Sisters of Mount St Scholastica. My formation also includes Boundless Compassion facilitator training and as an Oblate of Mount St. Scholastica. I currently serve as Hospitality Coordinator at Sophia Spirituality Center, a retreat center run by those same Sisters.

I accompany people who long for a deeper interior life, who desire gentleness with themselves, or who seek God in seasons of transition, vocation, discernment, or vulnerability. My approach is contemplative, spacious, and grounded in the wisdom of humility, stability, and listening with the ear of the heart. I especially welcome those drawn to monastic spirituality, caregiving vocations, and who serve in or are discerning vocations within the church. At the same time, I also welcome anyone who is seeking a contemplative, compassionate space for listening, discernment, and gentle accompaniment.

My call is to create a compassionate and hospitable space where the Holy can be noticed, honored, and trusted. I am open to meeting with people of any (or no) spiritual or religious background. We all have stories to share and deserve safe and compassionate spaces in which to share them. I would be honored to create a space with you where you can share your story with me.
