I am an experienced spiritual director working in Cheltenham, England and online via Zoom. I seek to create a safe, compassionate and non-judgmental space for you to explore your spiritual journey, listening to what is stirring within you, offering intuitive insight where helpful. Drawing on both Christian and other wisdom traditions, and contemporary psychological insight, I have developed an understanding of the kinds of process people involved in spiritual journeys will go through – the ups and downs of the spiritual path as it unfolds in people's lives. I offer compassionate support to hold this process and enable your individual journey through all of life’s questions, joys, difficulties and challenges. I am a consultant tutor on the Gloucestershire Spiritual Direction Training Course, support other formation programmes, offer supervision, and run workshops and webinars for experienced spiritual accompaniers. As a Chartered Psychologist with an MA in Religion and Society, and Divinity awards, I work and write within the fruitful dialogue between spirituality and psychology, and you can read some of my articles on my website.
