Description

If you love the Enneagram,

this course is for you.

If you want to learn how the Enneagram can support groups and couples,

this course is for you.

If you offer deep-listening care,

and you want to offer a new way to serve the people you companion,

this course is for you.

The Enneagram helps us to understand the inner narratives and drives that condition the timing and manner in which we tend to show up in relationships. This 4-part webinar series  will introduce you to an Enneagram-informed framework for building an environment of hospitality and care — a prerequisite for transformational group or couples work.

Led by Rev. Nhiên Vương, Founder of Evolving Enneagram,  this course is intended for spiritual directors and companions, small group facilitators, and organizational leaders who seek to support the evolution of consciousness through developing their group facilitation skills. This series may also benefit individuals who struggle with teamwork and seek a better understanding of the filters through which they show up in groups and how they can do inner work to deepen their own sense of contribution and participation.

The Sessions

Session 1: A Vision for Enneagram-based Conscious Community – Led by Rev. Nhiên Vương with Kristina Frank.

  • Learn about group and couples work using the Enneagram as a framework. We will focus on the unique deep-listening, contemplative approach Rev. Nhiên has developed at the Evolving Enneagram.
  • Explore how you may cultivate an atmosphere of hospitality–among strangers, among people with a history (e.g., couples or family members)?
  • Discover entry points for individuals based on the Enneagram

Session: 2: Your Leadership Lens and the Enneagram- Led by Rev. Nhiên Vương with Kristina Frank.

  • Learn to use the Enneagram (your Ennea-Type and your Instinctual Stacking) to uncover your perceptual filter and bias when working with groups or couples.
  • Discover awarenesses and practices which may support you in offsetting that bias.

Session 3: Sustaining Group ParticipationLed by Rev. Nhiên Vương with Kristina Frank.

  • Learn about the barriers to participation, engagement, and commitment. What might the Enneagram tell us about why people stay vs. drop out; how they pattern engagement; and why people might transform at different rates, according to different patterns?
  • Explore hypotheticals and facilitator responses.

Session 4: Evolving Companionship through the Enneagram; Practice Sessions Led by Rev. Nhiên Vương with Kristina Frank.

  • Learn dynamic companionship skills that help you to be prepared for the unknown; balance gentle guidance with allowing for group flow.
  • Watch a real-time demonstration of the foundational work of setting the field with a new group.

When

The webinar series will run 4 consecutive Tuesdays August 18 to September 8, 2020, 1 PM Seattle/Los Angeles, 3 PM St. Louis, 4 PM New York, 9 PM London; Wednesdays July 8-29: 4 AM Hong Kong, 6 AM Melbourne, Australia.

But if that timing doesn’t work, you can enjoy the webinar any time you like. Each session is recorded so you can watch at your convenience.

Our Approach

Life learning, not book learning. Experiential, contemplative, spiritual. We want to open a gateway to understanding and connection.  We’d rather companion you to an insight than impress you with a list of facts. Because most of our audience are spiritual directors and companions – including chaplains, life coaches and others who offer spiritual care -, we focus on the practical and care-giving side of the equation. Of course, since we all are spiritual beings, this webinar series can benefit anyone.

Presenters

Rev. Nhiên Vương, J.D., M.Div., is a former Stanford Law attorney who left her San Francisco law career to pursue a calling to support the evolution of consciousness, helping others to experience a greater sense of inner wholeness, oneness with Spirit, and unity with all of life. As an interspiritual minister, Nhien offers a compassionate path of transformation without dogma–a path that honors and is rooted in each person’s unique background, temperament, and personal beliefs. She served as an associate minister at Unity Temple on the Plaza in Kansas City, Missouri, from 2015-2019, where her ministry focused on transforming consciousness through the Enneagram and spiritual practices.

The Founder of Evolving Enneagram, Rev. Nhiên currently consults with individuals, couples, communities, and organizations around the globe, offering an interspiritual approach to transformation using the Enneagram as a map of consciousness. In 2019, Rev. Nhiên had the honor of presenting at the International Enneagram Association’s Global Conference as well as at The Shift Network’s Enneagram Global Summit (which reached over 35K people around the world).
