In this session, we will hear from three formation leaders to share about key elements of their programs, the audiences, platforms and methodologies they are using.
Cindy Lee runs Liberated Together School of Spiritual Direction trains and empowers WoC/QWoC and non-binary PoC to facilitate spiritual care and companioning
Rev Seifu will share about formation of Buddhist spiritual companions utilizing an apprenticeship model.
Ravi Verma will share how a long running spiritual Formation Program is adapting the topics, methodologies to better equip and form spiritual companions to face the challenges of our times.
There will be time ask questions, meet in small groups to learn and grow together.
