In spiritual direction, the Inner Landscape is a boundless territory located beyond the intellect. Join Celia McBride for an online retreat involving meditation, movement, writing and shared conversation about the world within us where wisdom dwells.
Event is open to all spiritual directors and companions in Canada.

Celia McBride is a writer and spiritual director originally from Whitehorse,Yukon, now living in Port Hope, Ontario. After 20 years as a theatre and film artist, Celia spent two years discerning a call to monastic life, which she wrote about in her memoir, “O My God: An Un-Becoming Journey,” published in 2022. Celia has been working as a spiritual director since completing the Pacific Jubilee SoulGuiding program in 2013. She provides one-to-one accompaniment, develops and leads healing retreats, and provides spiritual care to residents in long-term care. She is currently writing her first novel, “The Yum-Yum Verse” about Chinese food and the Multiverse.
Sarah Lyon holds a Master of Education in Child and Adolescent Psychotherapeutic Counselling. She is a writer, spiritual director, Veriditas trained labyrinth facilitator and creator of the Contemplative Kitchen Experience. She helps to facilitate Wild Church Calgary from where she lives in the Foothills of Alberta, Canada. Sarah is SDI’s Community Coordinator for Canada.
