Words of Encouragement: Blessing One Another As Spiritual Directors and Companions
Times are difficult — so let’s take care of one another as spiritual companions.
SDI is offering this free Zoom session for all Members: an informal hour to come together in community for blessing and encouragement.
However you understand the concept of blessing, our words have power. We’ll gather to offer one another listening, compassion, and encouragement. SDI Staff Amrutham Babu and Matt Whitney will tend to this gathering, offer a couple of short reflections on Blessing, and share their own words of encouragement along the way.
We’ll have time for check-in around your service in the world — a space to name anything you’re seeking help with, searching for wisdom about, or simply want a blessing for. And we’ll have the opportunity to offer blessings to one another based on what is shared, uplifting each other as spiritual companions in community.
