Profile: I serve as a trauma-informed Ignatian-trained spiritual director/companion formed in a five year program through a Benedictine monastery. I have also participated in training in Polyvagal Theory. I seek to come alongside ALL in a trauma-sensitive, creative, and holistic way. I am the mom of four adult children, two of whom were adopted from foster care. Special interests include trauma, creative prayer, attachment, creative and expressive arts, animals, and nature. I am committed to reverence for dignity, equality, rights and gifts of all people. I am a trained facilitator of the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius. I seek to companion from a place of abundance, and I'm committed to regular rhythms of personal retreat, prayer, and meditation. Spiritual direction is offered in person in the Central Arkansas area in our cottage retreat space or via zoom. Please reach out to begin the conversation. Please go to www.soulcaresanctuary.org to check out our sweet cottage retreat space and to learn more.
