Profile: Rev. Dr. Arielle is an interfaith mystic-rationalist and licensed MD with a background of undergraduate training in psychology and graduate training in advocacy, bioethics, and public health. She is a specialist in addiction and preventive medicine. She centers biopsychosocial-spiritual health, quality-of-life, harm reduction, and rehabilitation in her work, also certified as a yoga instructor and in-practice for 20+ years. Being baptized Greek Orthodox and also raised within Jewish philosophy, the 4 great loves of her life being raised in the contexts of Christianity, Judaism, Hinduism, and Islam, she believes in a non-dogmatic, syncretic- and rationalism-focused spiritual practice grounded in practical rituals of the everyday, as well as duty to and participation in community with rooting in dynamic truths, but also those that are non-negotiable like dedication to service and social justice. She specializes in cosmo-theology and how it connects as a participatory, universalist, poetic, apophatic philosophy based in both scientific and spiritual belief, tying together all religions and cultures throughout history within polytheistic, monotheistic, and non-theistic belief.
