Profile: My training in spiritual accompaniment is within the Ignatian tradition and the spiritual exercises. I offer ongoing spiritual accompaniment meeting 4-6 weekly either in person or via zoom (or another video meeting tool). I have offered individually guided retreats, and regularly accompany people undergoing the Spiritual Exercises in daily life, or a 30-day retreat. I have a longstanding interest in the spirituality of 12 step programmes and I am interested in the similarities between the 12 Steps and the Ignatian Spiritual Exercises. My formation is within the Christian tradition and I am open to people of all faiths and none. I work as a Programme Coordinator at St Antony's Priory, Durham, where I share responsibility for the current training, supervision and networking of Spiritual Directors. I am Irish, currently living in a semi rural village in the North East of England, UK.
