Profile: As uniquely as you have been created so is your relationship to the Divine. Being your spiritual companion, I walk alongside you on your sacred journey. Together we explore conversations and engage in contemplative practices that nourish one's spirit to enrich your awareness and experience of Divine Presence within your midst and throughout all aspects of life. I hold an M.A. in Religion from Yale Divinity School with a concentration in Christian Mysticism. Since 1998 I have been a certified Spiritual Director and also a certified Sivananda Yoga and Meditation Instructor. In addition, I am a trained facilitator of Centering Prayer through Contemplative Outreach, Laudato Si Animator of ecological spirituality through the Laudato Si Movement, a facilitator of Spirituality In Nature Groups, as well as an experienced instructor, retreat and workshop leader. Some of the things I enjoy are meditation, yoga, reading, creating nature mandalas, gardening, the beach, sky gazing, music, and walks with my soulful canine companion, Halo.
