Profile: Welcome. I hope our paths cross. I find my greatest pleasure helping people discover the wonderfully creative person they are! God celebrates us. And I celebrate you too! I have a Bachelors in Human Services and have hosted expressive arts workshops in homeless shelters and at community centers. I have an expressive arts certificate from Healing Arts in San Diego CA with Yvette Lyons. I am a Masters of Arts student with Kairos studying spiritual formation. Since I am a student, I currently offer discounted rates. For those in need, we can discuss alternatives. Please email me for further information at [email protected] For the months of June-October I host in-person events and one-on-one meetings. Otherwise, Zoom meetups are the preferred choice November-May. I am located in both Maine and Massachusetts and able to zoom world wide. Following are some quotes about unearthing our potential, which happens to be my blog name. The name came to me while driving to the post office and it fully encapsulates what I am all about as a spiritual director. You are a gem waiting to be seen. We are also reminded that not a bird falls without God seeing. “By repeatedly listening to what you know instead of what you fear, you unearth the power to create change.” ― David Taylor-Klaus Mindset Mondays “Every body should be given the chance and the necessary support to unearth their full potential.” ― Lailah Gifty Akita The Eagles Wings: Rise "Quiet the mind and the soul will speak." -Buddha "Your ears will hear a word behind you, saying "This is the way, walk in it." whenever you turn to the right or to the left. –Isaiah 30:21 NASB Shalom.
