Profile: As a Spiritual Director, I am open to everyone seeking a sacred place in their hearts and world. Although I identify as a Feminist Catholic of Indigenous descent, I welcome seekers from any Christian faith tradition especially those who are in a transition with life. I provide a nonjudgemental spiritual space where I can accompany someone on a journey to BE STILL where one can express doubts, fears, joys, and yearnings toward wholeness and holiness as I hold all in a confidential and safe environment. Through my nearly thirty years in Spiritual Direction, practical application with Ignatian spirituality, 8 day silent / 19th Annotation retreats, and encounters with Holy Mystery, it is a blessing to share time and space with others as a listener, guide, and companion through sacred moments of life. I am an empty nester and am living in the second half of life with joy, passion, and compassion for others. I am drawn to journeying with those who feel marginalized and invisible in and out of the church. My role as a Spiritual Director has been developing over the years as I earn my Doctor of Ministry degree in Spirituality and Health through Catholic Theological Union in Chicago. I am available to meet online, in person locally, or in a group environment formed by an established organization.
