Profile: God won my heart over 25 years ago during a particularly difficult time in my life. Ever since I have been drawn to conversations exploring where God intersects with the joys and challenges of real life. In 2016, I began having these conversations as a spiritual director. I believe each of us is God’s beloved and the spiritual journey is primarily a journey of allowing the love of God to penetrate deeper and deeper parts of our heart. My joy is to provide a safe environment to engage with God right where you are. No performing, no pat answers. Just making holy space for you and God. I am a Seattle native who graduated from the University of Washington with a BA in Psychology and Speech Communications. I received my spiritual direction training through SoulFormation’s School of Spiritual Direction and am a member of their community of spiritual directors. I live near the University of Washington with my husband, Brian, and our three kids. Areas of focus: *Discovering your belovedness to God *Moms with young children *Connecting with God in a way that fits you *Christians wrestling with their faith *Inner healing prayer *LGBTQ followers of Jesus and people who love them
