Profile: A graduate of Sustainable Faith’s School of Spiritual Direction, I have offered spiritual direction for about 12 years. I love to accompany people who are hungry for growth in spiritual practices, exploring new areas of faith, or deconstructing old beliefs that don’t seem to fit anymore. I have a special heart for survivors of childhood trauma and dysfunction. Having discovered my own path of healing through art, I bring the power of images, poetry, and creativity into my practice.
