Profile: As a pastor with over 25 years in parish ministry, I have had lots of opportunities to develop gifts and skills that help me walk with others as a Spiritual Director. I am a trained Spiritual Director, a Certified Therapeutic Harp Practitioner and I have also completed my RYT200 and HY100 so that I can offer Holy Yoga as well. Just as we worship Father, Son and Holy Spirit; so should our walk of faith include mind, body and spirit!
