What is the relationship between mindfulness meditation and cultivating compassion? Compassion is a shared value across spiritual traditions and is available to everyone. Mindfulness practices are a practical means to free us from the thoughts, beliefs, and emotions that interfere with our ability to treat all people compassionately.
